Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas commercial litigation team. The role focuses on leading complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, handling trial-ready matters and supervising associates on significant contested litigation.

The successful hire will join a collaborative, resourced litigation platform with a diverse client base and cross-practice support. There is an expectation of developing new business and, where applicable, bringing a portable litigation practice.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, including trial and dispositive motion experience
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Ability to manage and mentor associates and to lead teams on large matters
Admitted to (or able to obtain admission in) Texas; good standing in other relevant jurisdictions preferred
