The position offers responsibility for originating and supervising work, mentoring associates, and working closely with clients and cross-practice teams. Candidates with a portable litigation practice and an existing client base are encouraged to apply.

Experienced litigator at partner level with a proven commercial litigation record
Demonstrated courtroom/trial experience and ability to lead complex matters
Proven client-development skills; portable practice preferred
Strong drafting, advocacy, and team leadership abilities; admission to the Iowa bar or eligibility to obtain admission
