Join a well-established international law firm’s Dubai disputes team as a Lateral Partner focused on commercial litigation. The role offers a platform to lead high-value, cross-border commercial disputes for regional and international clients from the firm’s Dubai office.

We are looking for a senior litigator who can develop and manage a portable practice, work collaboratively across offices and practice groups, and contribute to business development. The team handles complex commercial matters across the UAE and wider Middle East.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation, with a proven portable practice or significant client relationships.
Experience handling cross-border and regional disputes in the Middle East, preferably with familiarity in Dubai/UAE procedures.
Strong litigation advocacy and case management skills; track record of leading teams on complex matters.
Demonstrable business development ability and collaborative working style.
