Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Los Angeles litigation team handling complex commercial disputes. The role will lead high-stakes matters from briefing through trial, supervise associates and work closely with senior firm leadership on case strategy and business development.

The team litigates a wide range of commercial matters across state and federal courts and values courtroom-tested advocates with strong writing and oral-advocacy skills. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to expand an existing practice in the region.

Portable business is welcome; the firm is looking for a partner who can both service and grow client relationships while integrating into an established litigation platform.

Proven partner-level commercial litigation experience with trial and motion practice
Track record of supervising teams and managing complex matters
Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and client-management skills
Portable book of business or demonstrated client-development ability preferred
Admission to the California bar (or eligible) and JD from accredited law school
