Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy commercial litigation practice in Los Angeles. The role will lead complex commercial and international trade disputes, handling high-stakes litigation, arbitration and related appellate matters for corporate clients.

The office offers a broad platform and client base across the United States. The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the team, supervise associates, and contribute to practice development and cross-practice matters.

Established partner-level commercial litigation practitioner with a track record in complex civil and international trade disputes.
Admitted to practice in California (or able to transfer/admit promptly).
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and experience supervising associates.
Demonstrable ability to bring a portable practice and existing client relationships; active business development skills.
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills and comfort working on multi-jurisdictional matters.
