Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Philadelphia office with a focus on high-value commercial litigation and corporate transactions. The role emphasizes team-based hires to grow transactional capacity and handle substantial multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Candidates should have an established, portable practice and the ability to originate and lead matters across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The position will work closely with teams covering major U.S. and international markets.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice or team-based hire preferred.
• Track record handling large, complex matters and coordinating across jurisdictions.
• Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive.
• Leadership skills for developing a team and integrating with existing practice groups.
