Seeking an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow a commercial litigation practice in the Missoula office of a leading US law firm. The role will involve managing complex commercial disputes, supervising associates, and taking a visible role in trial and motion practice.

The firm is looking for a senior litigator with a proven track record in courtroom advocacy and client relationship management. The position offers significant autonomy to develop regional business and collaborate across practice groups on related matters.

Established partner-level experience in commercial and complex litigation, including trial and appellate work.
Proven ability to manage and mentor litigation teams and supervise case strategy.
Strong client-development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
