Lateral Partner, Commercial Litigation — New York

Senior litigation team seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join a major New York office. The role focuses on leading complex commercial disputes across federal and state courts and managing high-stakes litigation from case intake through trial and appeal.

The partner will supervise and develop associates, lead case strategy and client communications, and work collaboratively across practice groups on cross-cutting matters. Opportunity includes ownership of matters and a visible role in the office’s litigation practice.

Candidates with an established, portable litigation practice and demonstrated client development track record are encouraged to apply. The team values strong trial experience, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
