Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation matters across technology, contracts, and business disputes, with opportunities to lead trials and complex motion practice.

The team handles high‑value regional and national matters and works closely with other offices on multi‑jurisdictional disputes. The hire will have a senior client‑facing role and help grow the West Coast litigation platform.

A portable practice and proven book of business are welcome and will be a key part of the evaluation for this position.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in commercial disputes
Proven track record of client development and a portable practice
Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience with complex, multi‑party litigation
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and excellent academic and professional references
