Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Raleigh litigation team. The role focuses on leading complex commercial disputes for corporate clients across multiple industries, with opportunities to try cases and manage high-stakes matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the office, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to firm-wide litigation strategy. The team handles matters at both the trial and appellate levels and works collaboratively with colleagues across practices and offices.

Portable practice or an established client base is welcome; the firm values partners who can grow and deepen client relationships while building local market presence.

Admitted to the relevant state bar and in good standing
Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation, including significant trial and courtroom experience
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Strong writing, advocacy, and strategic case-management skills
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and working on collaborative, cross-office matters
