The successful candidate will lead matters, supervise associates, and contribute to growing and managing a client portfolio. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced litigator with an established portable practice and a track record of business development.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation, including trial and dispositive motion work
Proven business development ability and a portable client practice
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission in Utah or willingness to seek admission
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client-management skills; JD or equivalent
