Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its commercial litigation practice in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on complex commercial disputes across industries, with substantial courtroom and appellate work.

The successful candidate will handle high-stakes matters, lead litigation teams, and work closely with clients on strategy and case management. There is opportunity for client development and to grow a portable practice.

• Established commercial litigation partner with significant trial and appellate experience
• Proven ability to lead litigation teams and manage complex matters from investigation through trial
• Track record of client development; portable practice or ability to attract business preferred
• Bar admission in California (or eligible) and excellent legal writing and advocacy skills
