Lateral Partner — Commercial Litigation & Trade/Regulatory — New York (also Silicon Valley & Los Angeles)

Seeking experienced partner-level litigators to join a leading international firm’s U.S. disputes platform. Primary priority is New York-based hires, with additional opportunities in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles. Roles span complex cross-border commercial litigation, international arbitration, trade and regulatory enforcement, IP disputes, and real estate litigation.

Openings include partner-level commercial litigators with experience in cross-border and jurisdictional disputes and arbitration, trade/regulatory partners with sanctions and export-control experience, and a junior partner-track real estate litigator. Portable practices are welcome; a book of business is beneficial but not mandatory for all roles.

• Established partner-level litigation experience with proven track record in complex, cross-border commercial disputes and arbitration.
• Trade/regulatory partners: hands-on experience with sanctions, export controls and related compliance enforcement.
• IP disputes: litigation experience in patent and trademark matters before federal courts and tribunals.
• Real estate partners: experience in transactional and dispute-side matters; a portable client base is a plus.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to manage and develop client relationships.
