Lateral Partner, Commercial Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Established national law practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. litigation team. The role focuses on handling complex commercial disputes across federal and state courts and leading trial and appellate matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The incoming partner will lead litigation teams, develop and retain client relationships, and contribute to the practice's business development efforts. This is a partnership opportunity for an experienced litigator with a portable commercial litigation practice.

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in Washington, D.C. (or eligibility to transfer)
• Established track record in commercial litigation, including trial and appellate experience
• Proven client development skills and an existing portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and grow client relationships
• Experience managing teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and handling high‑stakes matters
