Proven experience leading commercial litigation matters and trials or high‑value hearings
Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted)
Track record of client development; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy, plus experience supervising associates
