Leading national litigation team seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Toronto practice handling commercial litigation matters, securities disputes, regulatory and white-collar work, and construction- and IP-related disputes. The role will have national reach and collaborate with teams across Canada.

All seniority levels considered from junior partners to established senior partners; group hires (partner plus support) are welcome to ensure smooth integration. The firm considers both equity and fixed-capital partner arrangements and evaluates broader contributions such as mentorship and practice development.

Proven litigation background with experience in securities, regulatory/white-collar matters, construction disputes, or IP litigation
Track record of originating or sustaining client relationships; a portable book of business is desirable
Ability to work on cross‑Canada matters and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams
Willingness to participate in business development, mentoring, and practice growth initiatives
