Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established commercial litigation team in San Francisco. The role focuses on high‑stakes, complex commercial disputes with a strong preference for candidates who have substantial technology litigation experience. Environmental litigation experience in the Bay Area is a secondary, opportunistic consideration.

The team prefers to hire groups where possible (small teams of partners and senior associates are easier to integrate), but strong single-partner hires will be considered. The position requires a partner capable of leading matters, supervising litigation teams, and contributing to firmwide trial and appellate work.

Established partner with a track record in complex commercial litigation; strong preference for technology-focused litigation experience
Proven trial and substantive litigation experience handling high‑stakes matters
Business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business
Bar admission in California or willingness to obtain admission; experience working with Bay Area clients
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers; openness to joining as part of a small lateral group
