Seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practice out of the Chicago office. The role focuses on advising clients on regulatory compliance, government contracting, and public-sector matters across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have a portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability and will work closely with cross-practice teams to expand regional market presence. This is a leadership role with significant business-development and practice-management responsibilities.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts (federal and state).
Proven track record of originating or growing client relationships and managing a portable book of business.
Strong leadership skills — able to mentor lawyers, build a team, and lead client engagements.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Chicago.
