- Established partner with substantial experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts.
- Track record advising clients on compliance programs, regulatory risk, and government procurement or contract performance matters.
- Proven business‑development skills and ability to bring or expand client relationships; experience supervising teams and developing junior lawyers.
- Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
