The position sits within a national/international practice serving clients across federal and state markets, with particular activity involving Texas and other major U.S. jurisdictions.

The role combines client advisory, regulatory counseling, and responses to government inquiries and contracting issues. The team advises on compliance program design, regulatory risk mitigation, and transactional or bid‑related matters involving government counterparties.

We are seeking an experienced partner able to grow and lead a portable practice or integrate an existing client book into an established platform; business development and team leadership are core expectations.

Established partner with substantial experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts.
Track record advising clients on compliance programs, regulatory risk, and government procurement or contract performance matters.
Proven business‑development skills and ability to bring or expand client relationships; experience supervising teams and developing junior lawyers.
