Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a compliance and government contracts practice from the firm’s Fort Worth office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, government contract compliance, and public-sector matters across multiple U.S. markets.

The successful candidate will advise clients on regulatory risk, compliance program design and government contracting issues, and will work with cross‑disciplinary teams on complex matters. The firm is seeking someone with an established practice and the ability to originate and grow business; portable client relationships are welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts
Track record advising public-sector and regulated clients on compliance programs and government procurement
Demonstrated business development ability and willingness to grow a portable practice
Active bar admission appropriate for practice (or ability to qualify)
