Seeking a partner to lead and grow a compliance, regulatory and government contracts practice in Nashville. The role focuses on counseling clients on regulatory compliance, government contracting matters, and related public-sector issues across multiple U.S. markets.

The successful candidate will join an established national practice platform with cross‑jurisdictional work and client relationships, and will be expected to develop and originate new business while mentoring and managing junior lawyers.

Partner-level experience advising on regulatory compliance and government contracts matters.
Proven business development skills and a portable client base or demonstrated ability to win work.
Experience supervising associates and managing matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Active bar admission or ability to obtain admission/permission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
