Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practice in the firm’s San Francisco office. The role will focus on regulatory compliance, government contracts matters, and advising public-sector and regulated private clients across the region.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, drive business development, and work with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters. This is a visible practice role with responsibility for mentoring lawyers and building a high-performing team.

A portable practice or demonstrable track record of bringing new client work is valued.

Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory work and government contracts.
Proven business development record and ability to grow a practice (portable book of business a plus).
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships on complex regulatory matters.
Admission to practice in California or eligibility to obtain admission.
