Leading international law firm seeks a partner to build and lead a compliance and government-contracts practice from its Wilmington office. The role focuses on advising public- and private-sector clients on regulatory, compliance and government-contract matters across multiple U.S. markets.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and will help expand regional market presence while managing and developing client relationships. This is a partner-level opening suited to a lawyer with an established practice and demonstrable business-generation ability.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts or closely related practice areas.
Track record of originating and managing client matters; a portable practice or demonstrable business development pipeline is preferred.
Strong written and oral advocacy and client-management skills; ability to lead engagements and mentor junior lawyers.
Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain licensure where required.
