Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory group in Miami, with a focus on healthcare and advertising-related regulatory matters. The role involves advising clients on FDA-regulated issues, promotional and advertising compliance, and cross-cutting healthcare regulatory matters.

The partner will work on transactional and advisory matters, support business development efforts, and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a busy, multidisciplinary practice with national reach while remaining based in Miami.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance, FDA law, and/or advertising/promotional matters
Proven track record of client development; portable book of business welcomed
Ability to manage and develop matters and supervise associates
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Florida preferred
