Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Brussels compliance and regulatory practice. The role involves advising on cross-border regulatory matters for corporate and institutional clients and developing a high-quality regulatory offering from the Brussels office.

We are looking for a senior lawyer with an established, portable regulatory practice who can lead and grow a team and drive business development in the Benelux/EU market. The appointment offers senior responsibility for client relationships and practice strategy within a global platform.

Proven senior experience in regulatory and compliance work, advising corporate or institutional clients.
Established, portable practice with a demonstrable book of business and client-development track record.
Demonstrated team leadership and ability to build a market-facing practice in Brussels.
Eligible to practice in Belgium or willing/able to obtain local admission.
