Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a Compliance & Regulatory practice from the firm’s Chicago office. The role focuses on advising regulated businesses on compliance programs, regulatory strategy, investigations, and enforcement matters across multiple industries.

The partner will lead client engagements, supervise and develop associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams to deliver integrated regulatory solutions. Strong business development capability and an established network of industry or regulatory contacts are highly valued.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, including enforcement, investigations, and program development.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships; portable business development experience preferred.
Leadership experience supervising teams and collaborating across practice areas.
Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to practice in Illinois.
