Partner-level opening for an established Compliance & Regulatory practice in Dallas. The role will lead client advice on regulatory compliance, internal investigations, and government interactions across regulated industries.

The firm seeks an experienced partner to grow and manage a team, develop business, and serve as a senior client-facing adviser on complex regulatory matters. Portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be considered in evaluation and integration planning.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance counseling and enforcement defense.
Track record advising corporate clients on internal investigations, regulatory risk management, and agency matters.
Demonstrated business development skills; portable client relationships welcomed.
Ability to lead and mentor a team and work collaboratively across practices.
Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility) preferred.
