Senior regulatory partner role in Dubai for a leading international practice focusing on compliance, regulatory advice and enforcement-related work across the UAE and wider region. The role will advise regional clients and coordinate with cross-border teams on regulatory strategy and risk remediation.

The hire will be expected to build and lead client relationships, develop business in the market and work closely with litigation, corporate and transactional colleagues on regulatory touchpoints. The team offers a mix of advisory and regulatory response matters.

Established partner-level background in compliance and regulatory work in the UAE or regional Middle East market.
Demonstrable experience advising on regulatory investigations, compliance programmes and regulatory risk management.
Strong client development and relationship-building skills; openness to bringing a portable practice.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-border teams and manage senior client engagements.
