Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Delaware with a focus on energy, environmental and related healthcare regulatory matters. The role will advise on complex cross-border regulatory, trade and privacy issues impacting regulated industries.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work with multidisciplinary teams on matters spanning cybersecurity, data protection, international trade and sector-specific regulatory compliance. This is a partner-level role where a portable practice is welcome.

Established partner with substantial regulatory/compliance experience, ideally advising in energy, environmental and healthcare sectors
Track record of originating or leading client matters; portable book of business preferred
Experience with cross-border regulatory, international trade or trade remedies matters
Knowledge of privacy, cybersecurity and data protection issues as they intersect with regulated industries
Active bar admission in the United States and ability to practice in Delaware (or willingness to become admitted)
Proven team leadership and business development skills
