Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a compliance and regulatory practice from its Las Vegas office. The role will advise on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters across energy, environmental, and healthcare sectors, with a strong emphasis on cross-border and international trade issues.

Ideal candidates will have significant partner-level experience counseling clients on cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, international trade/remedies, and sector-specific regulatory regimes. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for business development and team mentoring.

Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory, or government enforcement work.
Demonstrable expertise in cybersecurity/privacy and international trade issues; experience in energy, environmental, or healthcare regulation preferred.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to lead cross-functional teams.
Bar admission in the United States; ability to work on cross-border matters and coordinate with multi-jurisdictional teams.
