Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a compliance and regulatory practice from the Phoenix office. The role emphasizes cross-border regulatory counseling and investigations, with substantial matters in energy, environmental and healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will advise clients on cybersecurity, data privacy, international trade compliance, and sector-specific regulatory risk. You will lead engagements, mentor senior associates, and work with multidisciplinary teams across the U.S. and internationally.

Established partner with significant regulatory/compliance experience, ideally advising in energy, environmental or healthcare sectors
Deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity, privacy/data protection and international trade compliance
Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex, cross-border matters
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business development capability preferred
Active bar admission in the U.S. or ability to become admitted
