The role focuses on cross-border regulatory matters and counseling in energy, environmental and healthcare sectors, with significant work touching on cybersecurity, data protection and international trade.

The position calls for a lawyer who will advise clients on complex regulatory regimes, manage multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with national and international colleagues. A portable practice or established client relationships in relevant sectors are welcomed.

Established partner with substantial regulatory/compliance experience in energy, environmental and/or healthcare matters
Track record advising on cybersecurity, privacy/data protection and international trade issues
Proven client development and business-generation capability; a portable practice is welcome
Strong leadership skills and ability to work with cross‑disciplinary teams
Admission to practice in the United States (state admission as required)
