Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice from the firm’s Boulder office. The role will advise clients across energy, environmental, healthcare and technology sectors on regulatory risk, compliance programs, incident response, privacy and cybersecurity, and international trade matters.

The partner will handle sophisticated, cross-border regulatory matters and work with multidisciplinary teams on transactional, enforcement and remediation matters. There is an expectation of active client development and the ability to bring or expand a portable practice in related regulatory areas.

Partner-level experience advising on regulatory compliance, privacy/cybersecurity, and international trade or energy/environmental matters
Proven track record of client development and managing client relationships; portable business desirable
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and supervising junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the United States and experience working on cross‑border matters
