Senior partner-level role in a well-regarded German firm’s Berlin office, focused on compliance and regulatory work for financial institutions and banking clients. The role combines regulatory advisory, transactional support and policy-driven compliance work across domestic and cross-border matters.

We are looking for an experienced partner to lead and grow the practice in Berlin, work closely with corporate and finance teams, and advise on regulatory regimes including international banking regulations. The position offers significant leadership responsibility and the opportunity to develop client relationships within an established platform.

Established partner with a proven track record in compliance, regulatory and finance/banking matters.
Substantive experience advising banks, financial institutions or corporate clients on regulatory regimes (experience with Dodd‑Frank or equivalent international banking regulations desirable).
Ability to originate and maintain client relationships — a portable book of business is advantageous.
Fluent working knowledge of German and English preferred (client-facing advisory work in both languages).
