Senior compliance and government-contracts partner opportunity in Charlotte with a national/regional practice focus. The role is for an established partner to lead and grow regulatory, compliance and government-public matters across state and federal arenas.

The successful candidate will advise clients on regulatory risk, government contracting compliance, and related public-sector issues, while working collaboratively with a multi-office team. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active good standing
Proven partner-level experience in regulatory, compliance, and government contracts work
Track record of originating or growing client engagements and business development capability
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and cross-office matters
