Leading regional practice is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead compliance, regulatory and government contracts work from its Orange County office. The role will handle regulatory counseling, compliance program design and matters involving government procurement and public-sector clients.

This is a partner-level leadership role with responsibility for origination and client development across key markets including Washington, D.C., Texas and California. The firm offers established platform support while expecting the partner to expand and deepen client relationships.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with deep experience in regulatory compliance and government contracts.
Proven track record advising public-sector and regulated private clients on compliance programs, investigations, and transactional or procurement issues.
Strong business development skills and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
