Seeking a senior partner to lead and expand a Compliance & Regulatory practice within a national law firm’s Government & Public group based in Denver. The role emphasizes counseling clients on regulatory risk, government investigations, and public-sector compliance across federal and state regimes.

The incoming partner will have a client-facing leadership role, supervising and mentoring a team of lawyers, working closely with government affairs and litigation colleagues, and developing new business. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcomed and will be valued.

Established partner-level experience advising on regulatory compliance, government investigations, administrative law, or public-sector matters.
Proven client development record and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-practice colleagues on complex matters.
Active bar admission and strong professional reputation in the Denver/regional market.
