Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practices in the Orange County / Irvine office. The role combines client counseling on regulatory matters, representation in government-facing matters, and handling compliance-related investigations.

The partner will lead and develop a team, manage client relationships, and work across practice groups on regulatory and public-sector engagements. The position calls for a seasoned practitioner who can contribute to business development and bring or grow a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory work, and government/public-sector matters.
Proven record of client relationship management and business development; ability to work with a portable practice.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in California.
