Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice from the Atlantic City office with a strong focus on healthcare and media-related matters. The role will advise clients on regulatory strategy, FDA-related issues, and advertising compliance across healthcare and consumer-facing industries.

The successful candidate will join an established, national firm platform and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on counseling, enforcement defense, and transactional/regulatory support. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development trajectory is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance counseling, ideally including FDA and advertising matters
Proven client-development ability and experience managing teams and cross-practice matters
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and credibility with healthcare and consumer industry clients
Strong drafting, counseling, and advocacy skills; comfort with enforcement and transactional/regulatory interfaces
