Established partner with significant experience in compliance, healthcare regulatory matters, and advertising/FTC or FDA-related work
Proven track record advising clients on regulatory risk, policy interpretation, and enforcement defense
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Strong written and oral advocacy, team leadership, and business development skills
