Seeking a partner to lead and grow a regulatory and compliance practice focused on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will advise regulated companies, manufacturers and content providers on FDA, advertising and broader compliance issues.

This is a client-facing leadership role based in Charlotte with responsibility for developing new business, managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers. The team advises across regulatory counseling, enforcement response and policy-level compliance programs.

Partner-level experience advising on healthcare regulatory and advertising/marketing compliance (including FDA-related matters)
Proven track record of originating or growing client relationships and managing commercial matters
Experience supervising teams and developing junior lawyers
Active license to practice and good standing; ability to work from the Charlotte office
Portable client relationships are welcome
