Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established national law firm’s Las Vegas office to lead and grow its Compliance & Regulatory practice with particular emphasis on healthcare and media/entertainment matters. The role will advise clients on FDA-regulated issues, advertising/marketing compliance, and broader regulatory risk management.

The successful candidate will take a senior, client-facing role: managing engagements, supervising junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups on cross-cutting regulatory and healthcare matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is preferred.

Active bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
Significant experience advising on regulatory matters, preferably including FDA-regulated products and advertising/marketing compliance
Proven client-development skills and experience supervising teams
Experience with healthcare industry regulatory frameworks desirable
