Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice in the Minneapolis office, with a primary focus on healthcare and media/entertainment matters. The role involves advising on FDA-regulated issues, advertising and marketing compliance, and related regulatory risk counseling.

This position combines client-facing counseling, matter management and business development. The incoming partner will work with cross-practice teams to handle regulatory investigations, compliance program design and transactional regulatory issues for healthcare and consumer-facing clients.

The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships; there is flexibility for a partner to bring and expand a book of business.

Partner-level experience in regulatory counseling, preferably with healthcare and FDA-related matters.
Practical experience advising on advertising/marketing compliance and consumer-facing regulatory issues.
Proven client development skills and experience leading teams or practice groups.
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the U.S.; Minneapolis presence or willingness to relocate.
