Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Healthcare & Media — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a Washington, D.C.-based regulatory and compliance practice focused on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will counsel regulated entities on FDA and advertising compliance, support internal investigations and enforcement responses, and develop practical compliance programs.

The successful candidate will join a national firm platform with established regulatory and healthcare capabilities and work closely with cross-practice teams to serve clients across the life sciences, healthcare delivery and media sectors.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the firm is looking for a partner who can contribute an existing regulatory practice while also developing new business in the D.C. market.

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (eligible to practice in D.C.).
• Substantial partner-level experience counseling clients on FDA, advertising and broader regulatory compliance matters, preferably with healthcare or media clients.
• Track record handling internal investigations, government enforcement responses or regulatory risk assessments.
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to work collaboratively across practice groups.
