Seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm’s Compliance & Regulatory team in New York, focusing on healthcare and media-related regulatory matters. The role will advise clients on FDA-related regulatory issues, advertising and marketing compliance, and broader regulatory risk matters.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, collaborate across practice groups, and help expand the firm’s regulatory offering. This position is open to candidates with a portable practice and a demonstrated ability to generate business.

Admission to the New York bar (or eligible to transfer admission)
Established partner-level experience advising on healthcare regulatory matters, FDA issues, and advertising/marketing compliance
Proven client management and relationship-development skills; portability of a book of business welcomed
Strong drafting, counseling, and cross-practice collaboration abilities
