Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory team in Wilmington. The role focuses on FDA and healthcare regulatory work, with significant engagement on advertising and media-related compliance matters across life sciences and consumer products clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, advise corporate and product teams on regulatory strategy, and work collaboratively across practice groups to support complex compliance projects. This role offers client-facing responsibility and opportunity to grow a regulatory practice in a broad commercial platform.

Portable business is welcome; the firm seeks a partner who can contribute or develop a client base and mentor junior lawyers within the group.

Established partner track record in FDA, healthcare regulatory, or advertising compliance matters
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable book of business welcomed
Ability to lead matters and supervise associates
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in the office location
