Top-tier law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Atlanta office to lead and grow an established regulatory and litigation practice with strong technology and privacy intersections. The role will involve advising corporate clients on regulatory compliance, data-privacy matters and related litigation strategy.

The partner will collaborate across national practice teams on cross-cutting matters, supervise associates, and develop client relationships. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can both manage high-stakes matters and help expand the practice regionally.

Admission to the relevant state bar and active good standing.
Established partner-level experience in regulatory enforcement/administrative law and commercial litigation, with proven work on technology/privacy matters.
Demonstrable record of client development; portable book of business or ability to originate and grow matters preferred.
Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills; comfort working across multi-disciplinary teams.
