Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore office to lead and grow regulatory compliance and litigation work across technology-driven matters. The role will advise clients on privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance issues, and take a leading role in contentious matters arising from those areas.

The successful candidate will have a visible practice, handle complex cross-disciplinary matters, and work closely with a national team on high‑profile regulatory and litigation engagements. This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy and expand market presence in the region.

Established partner with substantial experience in regulatory compliance, privacy/data protection, and related litigation.
Proven track record of leading client matters and supervising teams on complex, multi‑jurisdictional issues.
Demonstrable business development ability; portable client relationships or a clear plan to expand a practice in the region.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility for admission.
