Seeking a partner to join a well-established practice advising clients on regulatory and privacy matters and litigation arising from those issues. The role sits in the firm's Boulder office and will work across regulatory counseling, data-privacy disputes, and related technology matters.

The position involves leading client engagements, managing litigation and regulatory responses, and developing business in the privacy/regulatory space. You will collaborate with cross-practice teams and help grow a market-facing practice in the region.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory, privacy/data-protection, and litigation matters.
Track record of leading matters and supervising teams; strong client-development skills.
Active bar admission in the United States (state admission as required by practice).
Ability to build or bring a portable practice welcomed; proven book-growth experience preferred.
