Senior lawyer sought to join a prominent US law firm’s Delaware office to lead and grow compliance, regulatory and privacy-focused litigation work. The role will combine regulatory counseling, data-privacy matters and contentious regulatory or commercial litigation across technology and regulated-industry clients.

The team advises on regulatory risk, privacy and data-protection compliance programs, and defends clients in high-stakes regulatory and related commercial disputes. The position offers responsibility for client relationship management, matter strategy, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Portable business and a demonstrated track record of developing client relationships are welcome and will be considered in the hiring decision.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory, privacy/data-protection and related litigation matters.
Proven record of originating and maintaining client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong advocacy and counseling skills in regulatory or contested matters; experience with technology-related regulatory issues preferred.
Bar admission in Delaware or ability to become admitted; demonstrable team leadership and mentoring experience.
